In Vietnam, the co-op method is primary, where communal family owned farms are harvested by hand as the season progresses, delivering fresh bean cherries to bean specific (Robusta or Arabica) facilities ensuring no contamination between bean types, fully washed or processed as requested (Honey, Natural) and sorted to size after processing, ensuring you get what you ordered.   We are working to develop niche suppliers from Thailand and Cambodia highland growers as their emerging regions provide new sources of Arabica Catmore, as new entrants to the US market.
